A variety of public web sites designed and built over the years with attention placed on what the web site is trying to convey or accomplish to the user. Sketches are created to help work out the style and flow of the site. Then the site is designed in Photoshop to help bring colour, photos, and a theme. The process is repeated until the desired look is obtained. Site is then built using whatever language is required ranging from HTML, ASP, .Net, and PHP.

TerraClues
This online web based puzzle game allows users to interact with the Google Map API and create or solve hunts. Hunts are made up of questions players solve by finding the location on the map to progress to the next question.

TerraClues for Schools
This is an extention of TerraClues that is designed for teachers in the the classroom. Teachers can create private hunts for their students that is relevant to their age group and course matter.

Katelyn Bedard Bone Marrow Association
Site provides information about the need for people to join the bone marrow registry and answers questions about bone marrow and cord blood. Also provides news and updates about progress and people affected by cancer.

WaggleZone
Helps match up Nintendo Wii players for online games and allows a user to have a profile of the games they currently own and provide feedback for the games. Also keeps up to date listings of current and future Wii titles.

A radio control online store that specializes in airplane parts and design. Helps provide high quality, unique and affordable products and solutions for radio control airplane modelers.

Site dedicated to showing product information, engineering and technology to manufacture abilities and superior injection and compression molding presses built to customers specifications.

Simple site showing what products, services and name brands can be found at the store. Easy to find contact information is placed through out the site for the user to locate right away.

Wointz
Allows online publishers and bloggers to maximize online revenue and traffic. Allows users to create ads for their web site and have them shown on the Wointz network for free. Users can also monitor their ad impressions and click rates.

popvideo STAR
Gives users the opportunity to showcase their musical talent online by entering a music competition. Users create a profile and upload videos of their performances. Site visitors select finalists by voting for their favorite videos.

Designed after the owners pet iguana 'Lenny' the seal lets people know they are purchasing a reliable Thunderbolt RC part. With its simple colours and cartoon look Lenny is easy to spot and remember.

Sheep 'n Bones

First sketched out with paper and pencil then scanned into the computer to be touched up. Originally Flash was used because the shaping and colour tools matched the cartoon style, however, this was later replaced with Photoshop which allowd for a more unique look.

Comic Strips
224 Sheep 'n Bones comics were created over a 3 year time using Flash software at the beginning and later upgrading to Photoshop. The comics were targeted towards an older audience and could be found on the web and local newspapers.

Puzzle Game
A Sheep 'n Bones theme puzzle game title 'BeBoned' was created. Similar to Bejeweled the game replaced matching coloured jewels with characters taken from the Sheep 'n Bones comics.

365 Photo Project
1 photo every day was taken between November 26, 2006 and November 25, 2007. The goal was to record a year in photos and to help think about taking photos in new ways that make simple ever day things more interesting to viewers.

Concepts and Designs

All concepts are created using Photoshop. Some start as sketches that are then scanned into the computer while others start with the pen tool. Created in layers including outlines, colour fills, highlights and shadows this allows for easy changes over time or the ablility to move the whole image into a new project if needed.

Mascot Monster Concept
A funny colourful cartoon monster concept for use as an internal company mascot. Designed in Photoshop with attention to curved lines and soft colours help make the image feel light hearted.

Beeker
Using a photo of a Beeker toy taken from the Internet this image was created in Photoshop using colours and soft shadows to try and keep the “Muppet” look and feel.

Fozzie Bear
The resource for this image was taken from a Fozzie Bear statue and was then recreated in Photoshop and coloured in the same style as the Beeker image above to give them the same feel.

Pen and Paper Game Concepts
Some concept designs for a Timeless Gamez new pen and paper RPG involving aliens and alien technology. Designed in Photoshop and done in a cartoon style to match the humour of the game.

Inspired by a photo of a toy created from the video game Castle Crusher this tribute was created in Photoshop using the pen tool and gradient fills to be used as a desktop image.
